I hit 20 miles for the week which is a lot of running for me these days but in line with what many weeks this summer could and should look like.
Four runs, two back to back, one on the boardwalk — a really good running week!

Monday – 5 Miles
Tuesday – 19 Min Dance Warm-Up/Full Body Flow + 45 Min Walk
Wednesday – 5 Miles
Thursday – 32 Min FIery Pilates (resistance band)
Friday – 3 Miles
I was a little sore from yesterday’s pilates workout but three easy miles felt fine.
Saturday – 7 Miles
It was a pretty day but windy so not a sit on the beach day but fine for running.
Sunday – 25 Min Advanced Yoga/PIlates Flow
