The weather keeps bouncing between spring-like and back to winter.
I was in Atlantic Beach quickly on Friday. I just had to stop by the ocean and although it’s not my beach running season quite yet, I definitely got excited.

Last Week’s Workouts:
I don’t have much to report out of the ordinary. Three runs, some walks, some yoga/pilates flows.
This is really my favorite combination of workouts – a little bit of everything I enjoy.
Monday – 3 Mile Run
Tuesday – 16 Min Full Body Flow (1 lb weights) + 40 Min Walk
I found a Hammer Gel in my jacket pocket while walking today. Gosh, it must be old! I don’t remember the last time I used fuel during a run.
Wednesday – 3 Mile Run
It was colder this morning so I needed my hat and gloves again.
Thursday – 40 Min Yoga/Pilates Flow (1 lb weights + resistance band)
Friday – 19 Min Yoga + Pilates Flow (bodyweight) + 40 Min Walk
I didn’t plan on a yoga flow this morning but a new one was added to Melissa Wood Health’s menu so I just had to try it! Another great flow — immediately added to my favorites list.
Saturday – 5 Mile Run
Sunday – 33 Min Full Body Flow (1 lb weights) + 45 Min Walk
