Here’s a quick look at last week’s workouts!
Monday – 35 Min Run
I planned to stop at 30 minutes but today’s run felt so good that I added five minutes as my cool down.
Tuesday – 25 Min Cardio Warm-Up + Full Body Flow + 30 Min Walk
Wednesday – 32 Min Fiery Pilates (resistance band)
The only walking I did today was in the city.
Thursday – 35 Min Run
Basically a repeat of Monday! I focused on running for 30 minutes but then added a five-minute cooldown.
Friday – 25 Min Full Body Flow (1 lb weights + band) + 30 Min Walk
Saturday – 6 Miles
It was cold but sunny so I warmed up quickly and felt great throughout the run.
Sunday – Melissa Wood Health Combo
- 22 Min Power Yoga
- 18 Min Abs & Back
We have a short week ahead of us – I’m very excited about it!
