Happy Monday. I’m checking in quickly today with my workouts from last week. I ran less than usual although, I do think come this time of year, this less running trend will likely continue. I don’t always feel like going outside to run in the cold morning air and I think it’s totally fine — I really like the other workouts I can do indoors. Some of the indoor workouts that I do honestly feel more challenging and more invigorating than running so now is the perfect time to incorporate those workouts more heavily into my routine.
Monday – 3 Mile Walk
Got this walk in before it rained for the rest of the day.
Tuesday – 3 Mile Run
Wasn’t in the mood to run any more than three miles.
Wednesday – 45 Min Barre
Thursday – 4 Mile Run
It was cold but no wind. I had a lot of energy right away so I decided to run fast for three miles with one cool down mile for a total of four miles.

Friday – 3 Mile Run
Saturday – 45 Min Warrior Sculpt
Heavy rain this morning meant no running even I wanted to run. Luckily I love Warrior Sculpt so I didn’t even miss running.
Sunday – 45 Min Fire Yoga
I could have run this morning but I wasn’t fully in the mood. I was, however, in the mood for a challenging yoga type of workout like this FIRE Yoga practice. It’s SO GOOD.
