With everything that has happened, I’ve needed some time away from writing (and social media) which is why my blog has been quiet. I’m not 100% sure just yet that I’m ready to return to normal blog posts and discussions here so we are going to play that by ear.
Glued to the news, I’ve struggled with the current events in our country which has affected both my ability to write and tackle my workouts. Some people run to feel better but for me, especially when things are pretty serious, I just can’t run. Sometimes I try, but I don’t make it too long. Last week especially, running was at a minimum.
Since I missed my workout recap post last week, I’ll quickly share both weeks of workouts and hopefully, chat with you soon.
