Checking in quick with my weekly workout recap this morning and then I’ll be back on Wednesday with a round-up of recent eats. Happy New Year to my Jewish reader friends!
I don’t have many details from last week’s workouts. It was a good mix of running, walking, and some Pure Barre. The leaves suddenly started to change color and fall along my running path — it was as if it happened overnight! I love to see the pretty leaves and also love how it has not rained in the morning in so long, allowing me to get outside every single day without interruption. I keep thinking about how my time outside for workouts will soon be limited by the weather and late sunrises so I am trying to enjoy every second until the seasons really change on me.
Monday – 60 Min Walk/10 Min Pure Barre (arms & abs)
Tuesday – 30 Min Run/15 Min Pure Barre (thighs & seat)
Wednesday – 50 Min Walk
Thursday – 4 Miles
Friday – 40 Min Walk/20 Min Pure Barre (full body)
Saturday – 7 Miles
When was the last time I ran 7 miles? Not really sure? Maybe over the summer? Today was a nice, easy run where I felt like staying outside to run a little longer than I have lately.
Sunday – Long Walk/15 Min Pure Barre (arms)
I didn’t pay close enough attention to how long I was outside for my walk so I am not 100% sure of the time — maybe like 90 minutes or so? I was on the phone which is how I ended up walking longer than usual.
I’m ready for the weather to cool down a bit here in Richmond so I can start running again!
