Stoney Clover + Summer Dining + Fashion Finds

I’m so super happy it’s Friday! In some ways, it’s been a really long week, especially after needing to get back in a groove after being away from work stuff for almost all of last week. And in other ways, I’m wondering where the summer is going as time is going by so fast! Let’s not talk about that though.

I have a bunch of Friday Favorites to share so let’s get started.

Stoney Clover

Just call me obsessed when it comes to Stoney Clover. I want EVERYTHING. The beautiful colors and customization options are endless!

I love to view the Stoney Clover Instagram to get ideas for customizing and I do see some of their accessories at boutiques near me in the pretty colors. But the Stoney Clover website, where you can virtually play with customizing the bags and accessories with all of the colors and patches is so fun  — yet overwhelming because I couldn’t make a decision when I wanted to order something last week.

For this reason, I went to check out the Stoney Clover store in East Hampton. I wanted to see all of the bag options along with all of the patches in person so I could really figure out what to order first.

While I do need to pick a cosmetics case and maybe even a weekender bag, I really wanted a crossbody in a neutral color. I picked this leather crossbody in the sand color along with a glittery “M”. Since they needed to stitch the patch on for me and I didn’t want to come back two days later to pick it up, they sent it to me right away. I was so happy to receive it this week!

I will let you know what I order next. Still trying to determine my bag choice, color, and patch combo! 🙂

Summer Dining

Dining out in the summer is always fun.

With our kids away, my friends and I like to do Sunday brunch in the summer.

Last Sunday we went to Bar Frites. I do love a Mimosa.

I forget what the salad was called but it had beets and avocado with candied nuts.

Outdoor dining in full force for sure over the summer! I met one of my childhood friends for lunch at Salt.

I said this last year too about Salt — love the hometown view but don’t love the menu. It’s overpriced, which would be fine if I liked the food, but the food is just eh for me. I wish they had more vegetarian options. I like the salad I ordered but it’s basically the only thing I can get. They did have a better menu if you ask me, a few years ago, and then they changed things up. It’s not an issue anywhere else I go to eat but definitely noticeable with the Salt menu.

And what week would be complete without my favorite whole wheat margarita pizza?

Fashion Finds This Week:

I want this Generation Love Audrina Star-Print Mini Skirt. I actually like the skirt with a random t-shirt or tank top, but would even like it with the matching Cassidy Star Off-Shoulder Top.

Love this dot print high/low dress from Rails and this chambray wrap skirt.

I liked how these Vintage Havana Leopard-print joggers fit but still can’t decide if I need them.

You know I love a shirt dress – this Poplin shirt dress in white fits so cute!

I do not normally wear maxi or midi dresses but I did buy this knit tank dress in the black. It hit at the right point of my leg and the tie at the waist gave it shape so I didn’t look lost in the dress. I really like it!

Have a great weekend!
