Just a few random thoughts for today!
It was really odd to me when I found my running headband in my underwear drawer but it all made sense when I found my underwear in my headband drawer. Clearly I wasn’t paying attention when I put away my laundry this week.
Did you know that Mercury is in retrograde right now? Maybe I shouldn’t have told you. Sometimes I think it’s best we don’t know because once I know, I blame everything on Mercury. I can’t even decide if it’s real but they say things go wrong (like with technology, travel, transportation, communication) during Mercury in Retrograde. And, they say that Gemini’s (that’s me!) are more affected. Terrific. Here’s a quick article on how to survive Mercury in Retrograde.
This picture of my salad from Chipotle really belonged in yesterday’s recent eats post. We had Chipotle randomly for dinner the other night because I didn’t feel like cooking. I don’t think I’ve personally eaten at Chipotle since the last time I posted a picture of a Chipotle salad in a WIAW post back in July 2015.

I have never really been a fan of chipotle but in college the kids I babysat for used to love it so we would go there almost every week. I find my clothes in all sorts of interesting places when Rob puts the laundry away!

Interesting article on Mercury in Retrograde!!! I am Aries so I have my own cautious steps to take for a few weeks. Your much varied interests across so many disciplines is refreshing as I am the same way with a large breath of interests. Also, never ate at Chipolte. Is it worth trying? My daughter has eaten there occasionally and said it can be salty. What’s your take on the place?
I don’t find what I order salty at all. The few times I go, I get a salad with the vegetables (like peppers), beans, a little rice and guacamole. It’s good but I never go out of my way to eat it. I just end up there when my son really wants it and I’m really hungry too. What does she order? Maybe the other foods are salty?
My boyfriend is a big fan of chipotle and while I don’t mind it, it’s not my favorite. I much rather stay in and cook or go somewhere where I can get a salad loaded with more than sautéed veggies, salsa, and guac. I find my laundry in the randomest places if I put it away when I’m tired!

Chipotle is so good when you don’t feel like cooking. I love building salads or burritoes with all the toppings.

That’s hilarious about your laundry! HAHA! Totally a Suzy thing. I think I have my own personal Mercury that was born alongside of me when I came out of my mother and it’s been in retrograde for 39 years.

I used to love Chiptotle for a quick meal wyen I was in grad school! Then they had to close a bunch temporarily out here in Washington because of an e.coli outbreak and I haven’t wanted it since (even though I didn’t eat at it anytime during the outbreak).

I actually ate at Chipotle yesterday too. It’s usually not my fav but they do have great guacamole and it definitely hit the spot. Usually I get a veggie salad but it’s kind of boring so I went out on a limb and got a chicken burrito and it was pretty good.

There are not any chipotles near me so I have never had it but it looks so good! I have found socks in my fridge before, not sure how I managed that one.
