Oh hi! I am just popping in real quick with my favorite foods from the weekend!
I really enjoyed the farm salad at Zinburger and also liked that it was a decent size. Normally I think that Zinburger’s salads are too tiny.
My appetite cannot stand a small salad!
This farm salad comes with all the good stuff like avocado, quinoa, feta cheese, chick peas and veggies.
Of course there were onion rings for me for the table too.
I am a mission lately to find the best onion rings in New York, who wants to join me?
I was due for a salad from Chopt! In the salad mix this time was romaine, spinach, beets, quinoa, charred onions, avocado and tomato with spicy tahini on the side.
Every night should be pizza night, don’t you think? I can’t get enough grandma pizza lately!
I am a corner slice girl when it comes to grandma pizza, by the way.
And my most favorite Linda’s Fudge Cake. Sometimes I am okay with sharing it.

What’s on the workout agenda for today?
I would also go for the corner slice of that pizza! Best thing I ate this weekend was peppermint mocha cookies! I’ll probably do some strength training today since I ran yesterday.

the corner slices are the best!
I don’t like small salads either! The best thing I ate this weekend was a small pork taco with a beer after snowshoeing. Today’s workout is probably an easy run plus strength training!

I like my easy run/strength days! I always feel so energized after
Wow, that’s an interesting menu you had there for the weekend. Mine was a seafood pizza with coke. Wish there were avocado salad and a chocolate fudge cake like yours. I just don’t have much time these days.

You and your onion rings! All your weekend foods look superb. I’m FINALLY heading outside for my run this morning. It’s slashing rain and hovering above zero but at least the sidewalks are usable now!

winter can be so challenging, glad you were able to get outside to mix things up from the treadmill! And, I just love onion rings 🙂
