Friday Favorites! (April 2017)

I’ve been all excited for today’s Friday Favorites post!

I have a few things I am really loving right now and couldn’t wait to discuss.

Friday Favorites

First, remember when I shared this Pure Barre t-shirt photo in a previous Friday Favorites post? It wasn’t available online but I found it at my local Pure Barre studio!

lululemon Lost In Pace Shirt

I went to lululemon recently to finally try on the Lost in Pace shirt.

The looser cut is awesome and so comfortable while running.

I don’t love to run in a tank top in the summer because of the added sun exposure so this Lost in Pace shirt will be perfect when it’s hot outside and the sun is really strong.

Just make sure you try the Lost in Pace shirt on before buying though as it runs big. I sized down from the size I normally wear in the Run Swiftly shirts.

lululemon Hottie Hot Shorts

I am obsessed with the hottie hot shorts for so many reasons. The leg room is great, there’s a zipper pocket for my key and the waistband is crazy comfortable. It feels like I am wearing nothing while I run which is really important to me. I don’t want to feel my shorts moving while I run. In terms of sizing, I took the longer length and a size up for the shorts as compared to my lululemon size in pants. I didn’t even try on my usual size as I knew I wanted a little extra room for my legs so that the material wouldn’t bother me while running.

Abercrombie

For a while there I was starting to think that I was getting too old for Abercombie as their selection over the last couple of years had stopped interesting me. This year however, they are back with some great stuff!

I mentioned this off the shoulder dress last week. I tried it on in the store and loved it. I also bought this dress and these boyfriend jean shorts. The good news is that everything right now is 50% off both in stores and online! I am bringing my receipt back for a price adjustment!

Favorite Flavor Combo

I am obsessed all over again with this French toast coffee and peanut butter flavor combination!

Trust me when I say that drinking a cup of Green Mountain Golden French Toast coffee alongside a toasted English muffin with peanut butter is just the best. Please try it. It’s like a bite of heaven first thing in the morning.

I love the Long Island article! Some things will never change for me even though Ive been away for so long. I havent even tried shopping in Abercrombie since around the time i was in college, maybe its worth giving it another try?

definitely! they have really nice dresses right now for summer and I really like how the jean shorts fit!

Man, I just love Lululemon. I know their stuff is expensive but it’s so worth it. I usually drink unflavoured coffee, but I’ll drink anything in a pinch!

so worth it. everything I have ever bought from lulu has lasted me for years and proved it’s worth. I find it useless to try to save money and buy cheaper things that don’t fit well or wash well because then I still have to buy something else to replace it! I end up spending more than if I just bought from lulu in the first place.

I LOVE running in shorts; I have this pair that is not too short, and so I don’t chafe, but it’s not too long either. I’ll be sad when they have to be thrown away, because they’re just the best ever.

I’ve heard so many good things about Lululemon; they look like they have such comfortable athletic clothing.

Picking out a good pair of running shorts is challenging – it’s so annoying when they ride up or there’s a ton of loose fabric. I prefer unflavored coffee, although in the fall I really like Dunkin’s Pumpkin Spice coffee blend.

I love these shorts. they sit perfect in all of the right places and don’t ride up or move or annoy me!

LOVE the hottie hot shorts!! Those are def my fav.

Three things I’m doing this weekend:
-19 mile run – DONE. I was supposed to do it tomorrow but my friend and I decided that we wanted to enjoy the full extend of our weekends so we knocked out 19 miles before work today!
    -Rooftop cocktails with friends
-Enjoying the 80 degree sunny weather we’re supposed to get tomorrow!

I found those shorts at an outlet and they are great! I’ve really been digging Oiselle’s long roga shorts. It gets super hot here in the summer and I coach xc, so shorts are necessary!

Every once in a while I like DD’s hazelnut coffee but Costco’s vanilla nut is a staple around here.

3 things this weekend: long run, church, and family lunch.

I just won a gift card for Lululemon. Right now, that’s the only way I would shop there but I may have to check out those shorts. Obsessed with that hot pink color!

Every time I read one of your posts about clothes, it makes me want to go shopping, badly. I was actually going to go last week, but then I got sick. Hopefully I can make it happen this week. I need pants that fit. I’ve given up on losing weight until the breastfeeding is done. My body likes that extra fat right now. Who am I to argue?
